What is VP™?
Clarke American recognizes the increased vulnerability of businesses to check fraud due to counterfeiting. We have responded by raising the level of protection for the standard business check in our most popular styles. By combining the Void Pantograph security feature with ESL’s patented security printing process, VP adds an even higher level of deterrence. When the check is scanned or photocopied, it will change color, become noticeably distorted, and the word VOID will appear across the face of the check. Likewise, duplication attempts are easy to detect for anyone receiving this check at a retail location or financial institution.
